As a proudly family-owned business, Security 1’s venture, S1 Fire Monitoring, provides effective fire monitoring systems. S1 Fire Monitoring aims to protect you and your property with a range of high-quality, industry-standard fire monitoring products and systems to minimise and better cope with fire risks within and surrounding residential, retail, and office spaces across Australia.
Their Challenge
Security 1 Monitoring had developed into a well renowned security solutions company within Canberra and across Australia. As a business, S1’s were looking to branch out into fire monitoring; assisting Australians not only through security risks but also fire risks. With a clear idea, S1 needed a custom website for their new branch, S1 Fire Monitoring.
Our Action
Working with Security 1 in the past, the team had a clear level of understanding prior to the commencement of the new project. As always, we worked closely with the client and stakeholders during regular project management updates to ensure that we understood their:
- Vision and requirements for the new website.
- Business goals and target audience
- Requests to alter the design multiple times until complete satisfaction.
Throughout the project, we worked on multiple facets of the business including:
UI Design
We took S1’s current branding and website into consideration to both create a unique website for S1 Fire Monitoring whilst maintaining S1’s identity and professionalism. Relating to the industry, we used bold reds and dark greys throughout the website. Every aspect of the site was customised by our team to set S1 Fire Monitoring apart from their competition.
UX Design
We built the website as a HTML mockup for the client to experience in different browsers and brought the site to life with intuitive user experience features.
Ongoing Maintenance and Support
We provided ongoing monitoring, maintenance, bug fixing, implemented basic SEO and redirected URLs from the previous site to their new one before continuing full digital marketing and social media services.
