With over 20 years of experience, Mitchell PC Repairs is a trusted provider of computer repair services in Canberra. Known for delivering fast, reliable, and high-quality solutions, the business had built its name with a strong reputation in the local community.
However, their digital presence didn’t reflect this reputation. Their website was outdated, template-based, and lacked a strong brand identity. They also weren’t active on social media, missing out on opportunities to build an audience and showcase their expertise. To address these challenges, Mitchell PC Repairs approached Planet Media to modernise their brand and create a stronger, more cohesive digital presence.
We worked closely with the Mitchell PC team to upgrade the way customers interacted with their brand online. Our strategy was to build a unified identity across their multiple businesses, deliver a user-friendly website, and create engaging digital content that would highlight their expertise and strengthen trust with their audience.
Branding
We developed a unified brand guideline for Mitchell PC Repairs, Axis Digital, and Computer Parts to create a consistent family of brands. Choosing a bold palette of red, black and white, we gave the group a contemporary, professional identity. Distinct logos were created for each company so they retained unique visual fingerprints while still feeling connected under a single brand system.
Web Design & Development
We rewrote and restructured site content to present services clearly and also to improve SEO performance. We then designed a bold, modern interface with multiple call-to-action touchpoints to drive more enquiries. We delivered three websites: Mitchelle PC Repairs, Axis Digital, and a Shopify store for Computer Parts while ensuring visual cohesion while preserving each brand’s individuality. Throughout, we prioritised clean design and practical functionality so customers could easily find information and engage with the business.
Copywriting & Experience Design
We crafted copy that was clear, engaging and optimised with high-intent keywords, positioning the group as approachable yet highly professional. Messaging reinforced the businesses’ expertise and reliability, while page and content structure focused on usability and a seamless customer journey across desktop and mobile devices.
