Capital Hills was a new organisation and did not have an existing website. They had their own logo design, but they needed a new seamless website to list their properties, agent details and client details with a luxurious look.
Our Action
After carrying out a comprehensive study of competitors within their operational area, our team worked closely with Capital Hills to better understand even their minute requirements to move forward.

UI/UX Design
We worked carefully with the client to balance out their requirements for a luxurious and professional UI/UX design for the website. With a focus on highlighting their property lists and agent details, we mostly kept the website quite simple and easy to navigate. With the addition of luxurious imagery throughout the different inner pages, we were able to maintain the brand identity effectively.
Website Development
Our web development team developed a whole new responsive WordPress website, to meet the client requirements. We created a website to easily manage and navigate the data provided by them. We have also used different plugins like 'Easy Property Listing' to list the property and agent details, and bespoke designs are provided for these inner pages. Other important plugins we used include ‘Feedsync’ and ‘All Import’ for quickly updating the website data.
Ongoing Maintenance and Support
To make sure that we were with Capital Hills throughout and after the website completion, we carried out basic SEO and extended providing ongoing monitoring, maintenance and bug fixing.
Our Results:
Since the website has just launched, we still have limited data, however, we are positive that we will see a steady increase in Capital Hills’ website traffic.
