As well as providing alterations and dry cleaning services at their studio in Belconnen, they also offer the convenience of mobile services for dry cleaning and alterations in the Canberra and greater Queanbeyan regions. All of Opal Alterations’ services, including embroidery and tailoring, are of the highest quality at reasonable prices.
Their Challenge
Opal Alterations’ mobile services were not receiving enough attention, especially through online bookings. Their website exposure alone was not getting enough traction. The challenge was to generate new customer leads for mobile services through social media as well as to direct social traffic to the website. Opal Alterations was also looking to create stronger relationships with their customers using social media to communicate with them directly.
